Morning Meditation and Motivation
Meditation is a great way to find inner peace. For those of you new to meditation, please allow yourself to get rid of the stigma that meditation is some sort of crazy 'voodoo' thing. It's not. It is just being "still" within the body. When we allow ourselves to become still, we are giving the body a chance to reset, and restore. Meditation teaches us to connect the mind with the body, by using the breath as the guide, to help you learn to relax.
This is a guided meditation, where I will speak to you to guide you along. Basically, these are just words of wisdom, and motivational speaking. When we meditate, we tune into ourselves, and let go of outside stimuli. We focus within. So, whether guided or on your own, this will allow you to quiet the mind, and help you feel safe and relaxed.
