- Which relaxation exercises help you the most, and why?
- Do you notice that the more frequently you do these exercises, the better the results?
- Which meditation exercise works best for you? How frequently can you do them?
- Take note of how your body feels after each meditation, and write it on your journal.
- Recognize how quickly tension may find it's way back, and not to be judgmental about this.
- How "safe" do you feel?
- Do you understand that the more safe you feel, the stronger you can feel inside?
