2.2 (F)  Meditation

Meditation:
Now that we understand how we can use focus to help us, let's venture into a "deeper" focus with meditation...

Meditation:
Meditation is one of the best ways to connect the mind with the body. Mindfulness is nothing more than “being aware”, as meditation starts out by being nothing more than a deep focus within. Meditation can be easily attained by focusing in on something and taking the time to enjoy what you are focusing on. This is being in the “present moment”; the here and now. We can focus in on our breath, or on an object (like ocean waves).
The below example can help you practice not only focus in on something, but also allows you to enjoy a self-guided meditation that is pretty easy to remember what to do.
