I am thrilled to announce the launch of our NEW Managing Anxiety Group, where we'll embark on a journey of healing and growth together.
Let me guide you through the Managing Anxiety Course, together with others, who are like-minded as yourself. Each online session, we will go over the lessons and exercises of the week, and discuss your experiences and triumphs. In this group, we will also explore various techniques, including mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and more. Our aim is to provide you with practical tools and emotional support on how to alleviate the sensations of anxiety and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience throughout the day.
Each group will run for 6 weeks, and we will meet twice a week to be sure we all stay on track, and keep building on our new healthy habits. After the 6 weeks, each team member will have a choice to remain within the app, for maintenance.
Join me, and connect with other like-minded individuals as yourself who are experiencing similar challenges. Share your stories, insights, and coping mechanisms. Together, we'll create a safe and empowering space where everyone's voice is valued.

Understanding Anxiety:
Educating you on understanding anxiety, fears, muscle tension, and how the mind works is a crucial step in alleviating it.
By understanding, you are:
- becoming more aware of the symptoms and the triggers, so you can respond to it more effectively
- knowing that you are not alone to help reduce the sense of isolation and self-judgement
- identifying patterns that contribute, so you can address any triggers or situations that heighten it
- learning coping strategies that you can implement to manage it more affectively
- more likely to reach out to the others for support
- empowered to take an active role in your total well-being with self-care and lifestyle adjustments
Implementation of Strategies:
Using our "Steps to Success" formula, nutritional strategies, and the physical work as a guide, you can implement some or all of the different ways of reducing symptoms. As we are all different, what works for some, won't work for others, so try them out and see which works best for you!
These strategies:
- will show you the many different ways to not only reduce anxiety, but becoming more confident in the process
- are quick, easy, and take just seconds to implement; or choose other options like yoga classes if you have more time
- will help you feel safe, while building inner strength and courage
- will help you recognize where muscle tension resides, and how to quickly release it
- will help you feel happier as you learn how to become a happier person overall
- will help you learn how to deal with challenges that come up
- will help you learn acceptance of this life and all the ups and downs that come with it

With the strategies in place, it's time to put it all together into daily routines that blends well with your lifestyle. Here you will take all you have learned and create your own routines that make sense for you. I will be there with you as you put the pieces together to create new habits that will last a lifetime! Welcome to a new world of emotional health, physical and nutritional health!
