1) Repeat 5 positive affirmations from the worksheet that connect with you, to reaffirm your confidence.
2) Take multiple opportunities to smile during the day, to enhance the feeling of positivity within.
3) Practice Mountain Pose, focusing in on your inner strength, confidence, courage, happiness and joy.
4) Give yourself moments to reflect on how you are feeling. Release tension as you need to.
5) Continue to practice relaxing through challenging situations. Place yourself in an uncomfortable pose or position, or work your arms, as in the video. As you feel the tension build, relax your body. Notice how this becomes easier the more you practice, and over time, notice how this exercise can help you relax through challenging situations as they arise.
