The Steps to Success:
The first section of this program was dedicated to providing you the knowledge and understanding of how your body works. In this next section, we will cover the Steps to Success that, when practiced daily, will create healthy habits within the body and mind. Within these twelve steps are key tools that will allow you to naturally reduce anxiety and fears.
-You will learn how to feel good about who you are and where you are in life.
-You will learn how to use the senses to promote wellness.
-You will understand how your breath can be used for relaxation and well being.
-You will learn how to develop a deeper self love of yourself.
-You will learn how important "focus" is to this whole process.
-You will explore meditation techniques to soothe the body and mind.
-You will learn how to recognize your own body tension.
-You will learn how to feel safe within your own body, to reduce fears.
-You will learn how self talk and affirmations can be helpful.
-You will learn how smiling and laughter can be the best medicine, and why.
-You will learn how to build up your inner strength, confidence, courage, happiness and joy.
