2.2 (N) Daily Activities
Continue to practice all activities that are helpful for you. Then be sure to:
1) Add a daily focus technique: (ankle circles, balance, tapping)
2) Add a daily meditation: (guided or silent, refer back to mediation section)
3) Take a moment, at least three times a day, to recognize the tension in your body. Notice where you are holding on to tension, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, release the tension away...
