We are what we eat. When we consistently eat poorly, our bodies will be affected by it. But, we also know now that certain foods can actually encourage anxiety. It is these foods that we should stay far away from during this time of healing. We also know that certain food can encourage healing within the body, as well. It is these foods that we should be aware of, so we can allow more of them into our diet.
