2.1 (O) Daily Activities
Start a morning ritual consisting of:
1) Waking up grateful, and think of five things you are grateful for.
2) After recognizing your dominant sense, think of ways you can use that sense, or any other senses, to help keep your mind calm.
3) Take a moment to practice the extended exhale breath, to recognize how it can calm the body and mind.
4) Continue to practice the movements with breath, recognizing which exercises help you feel a self love for yourself.
