Thank you for taking part in the introductory, education section of the program. We hope this material has been helpful in understanding anxiety and how it may be affecting you personally.
As a special BONUS, please feel free to click HERE to enjoy one of the methods from the program for FREE. The Positive Mindset™ Program refers to 12 different steps or "actions" that can be used alone or in conjunction with others, in helping diffuse and eliminate anxiety directly, and over time. These methods, when used daily, can help create new habits within you, that can last a lifetime. They are simple, easy methods that can pretty much be done anywhere, and wherever you are. The beauty is that you can choose which ones work the best for you! Be sure that you understand that this is NOT a quick fix, or magic pill! It can take up to 2-3 weeks to develop new habits from old, but with dedication, you will see results quicker than you imagined! The more you do, the quicker you will see results! Part Two: Lesson One covers: 1- Gratitude: w/ exercise that will help you feel the most grateful about all you currently have in life. 2- The Senses: Here you will learn how to use the senses to put you in a state of relaxation and calm, and as you begin to feel tension and anxiety build, how to use these methods to draw you back into normalcy. 3- The Breath: This is a commonly known tactic to use to help increase relaxation, but I take this one step further to encourage a deeper connection within that will help in those truly concerning times. 4- Self- Love: A difficult one for many, easy exercises are taught to help increase the love that gets hidden within the body with anxiety sufferers. As we learned already that the mind and body work hand in hand, each step is geared to work the body physically and emotionally. Together. We will use the emotional mind within a physical movement to elicit a feeling within the body. It is THIS that is the "trick" to eliminating your anxiety. The activities create positive emotions inside, releasing fear, releasing tension, and allowing the body to feel safe inside and out. I loved my yoga classes, as I felt so good after. But, I realized that once I got home, and life happened, it was like the class never occurred. My stress and anxiety immediately would come back. It was then that I realized that I needed to somehow apply the teaching methods DIRECTLY into my own life, as life happened! Otherwise, yoga was nothing more than just a class to me. BINGO! And the program was born... The mental and physical exercises you will work on are familiar and easy, as they were chosen for their ease for anyone of any physical ability. The bottom line is...it's not about the exercise, it's about HOW you perform the exercise. It's about how you guide your mind while you move. It's using the body to "feel". Later in the program we will discuss how to apply these easy steps directly into your life, so as you go about your day, GOOD habits naturally develop that keep stress and anxiety away. It becomes a domino affect. Anxiety simply can't exist in an environment that lacks fear and stress! Start yourself on that road to full recovery!! Take advantage of this first Lesson of Four! No one or latest craze was going to help me. I had to help me and heal myself. I researched and started getting trained on the many different approaches, other than yoga that was out there. I branched out my studies, and started creating my own methods that I took from the various trainings I completed. Finding different approaches that were helpful for me. Many approaches were helpful, but anxiety still lingered. So, what was the one thing that was holding me back from eliminating it completely? MY FEARS. It was the fears inside my own brain and mind, and it was THAT I needed to work. Once I did is when I started to see the anxiety just melt away for good! The less we fear, the more we live! Fears are created as a protection measure, and many are old leftovers our brain thinks applies now. As we diminish those old fears, we can reclaim our lives! Future lessons include: -Nutrition -Focus Techniques -How to Detect and Deflect Anxiety -How to Easily Develop Inner Strength, Confidence, Courage, and Happiness -How to use smiling and laughter as a part of the recovery process -A simple method to teach the mind how to deal with challenges The key is practice! Just like you have to work a muscle to build strength, you have to work the mind to accept these methods. Once they work for you, it's easy to recall and eventually, like a habit, you will kick in the methods to keep all anxiety at bay. We all experience some anxieties and fears in life from time to time, as it is a natural process. But these methods will teach you how to deal with any instances as they come up, by simply listening to the body, and reacting accordingly. The body speaks...you just have to learn HOW to listen! As the program started to develop, I realized that it needed to be for everyone. I was always very busy, so I needed to create quick movements and situations to work on that could be handled even with the busiest lifestyles. It also had to be easy. After working with many seniors, I realized that any physical exercises needed to be easy enough for ANYONE to handle. Quick, easy, and not physically strenuous! |
