  1. Do you understand how a stressed person can become hyper stimulated, because the mind thinks you need to be protected all the time? Do you think you are in a hyper stimulated state?
  2. Do you understand how the mind is geared towards negativity? Can you think of any instances where your mind gravitated to a negative prematurely?
  3. Have you had, what you would consider, a traumatic experience in life? Do you also understand that, to someone else, your trauma may be considered trivial? And yet to another, an abomination? Remember that we are all different. Can you think of a time that you downplayed someone else's trauma, because you felt your trauma was significantly worse? Or have you met an individual who has caused you to relook at how you've been handling your own trauma, based on someone else's strength through theirs?
