All in a SAFE environment!

Details:

-2hr meetings twice a week for 4 weeks
​-Everything is found within the app, so you can take the classes anywhere...(even when on vacation!)
-Classes start July 2nd - July 23rd
-Limited class size for more personable experience

What We Will Cover:

Stress and Anxiety: What it is, how it affects, how to deplete
Self-care: how to implement, and create healthy self-care habits
Self worth: who I am, and where I fit in the world
Goal Setting: what are they short term and long term, and how to satisfy them
Motivation: How to self-motivate
Strengths: what are my strengths, but also what are my weaknesses
Boundaries: what are they and where they are needed
Developing healthy habits: how to apply to emotions, physical activity, and nutrition
Learning acceptance of who you are
Nutritional Health: how to maintain a healthy body
How to conquer "overwhelm"
Relationship woes and how to get through the challenging times
Staying organized; finding balance between studies and the college life
How to avoid the "Freshman 15" (15lbs many put on during their freshman year) 
Support: who is there for me, and how I can support myself
Physical Health: Yoga classes included
​Emotional Health: Meditation classes included
