-Education on all aspects of anxiety: how it builds, why it's happening, definitions, etc.
Part Two includes:
-Application of information from Part One and applies it to simple, easy to do exercises.
-Quick and easy videos of stretching and gentle movement exercises teaching you how to focus inside your body / mind.
-Easy confidence building activities you can practice during your busy day!
-Includes beginner to advanced meditation videos, and other informative information to help build inner strength, confidence, courage and happiness!
Part Three includes:
-Nutrition information on how good food works with your mental health, and meal ideas.
-Applies all knowledge and exercises into a daily routine to follow, to help create positive habits.
-28 Morning Motivational Meditation videos for specific focus for each day (3-5 min in length)
