Whether you are between 40-55, or over 55, we can help you get healthy and stave off that feeling of "getting older"!

This challenge gets to the heart of getting older. It discusses all the issues that can occur as we get older, and how we can stave off as much as we can.
It is separated into three sections of Emotional Health, Physical Health and Nutritional Health. Together they work hand in hand to get you the overall well-being you may be looking for. Alone, each is ok, but real results come from attaching all three into your lifestyle.
Emotional Health: Focus is on acceptance, laughing and smiling more, learning about anxiety and depression and ways to eliminate it. Developing inner strength, confidence, courage and happiness. Within emotional health is also Brain Health, and releasing tension. There are mindfulness techniques, as well as meditation practices available. This section can help with: brain fog, anxiety, depression, irritability, high blood pressure, mood swings, and worries.
Physical Health: Focus on finding your level of fitness, anywhere from walking to full workout. Stretching is key as most chronic pains can be eliminated with proper stretching routines. There are short exercises as well as hour long segments, if you so desire. Routines can help with incontinence, weight gain, bone loss, high blood pressure, osteopenia, and aches and pains. We will focus on the shorter routines, for time purposes. You should find what you are looking for!
Nutritional Health: Focus is on what we consume, and learning about how important vitamins and minerals are for our body. There is a cookbook with recipes available, and a daily recipe to try. There is also a section to learn about different oils that can be used for chronic pain and healthy teeth. All natural foods that can keep the body healthy, and eating plans that work! This section can help with: weight gain, high cholesterol, diabetes, high sugar intake, and overall internal health!
