Managing Anxiety: (on-line LIVE classes)
Michelle is your guide to review and discuss your personal challenges with anxiety and/or panic.
Michelle will discuss and show you specific, easy exercises that you can use to help you unravel the binds of anxiety.
Results vary, but for those who are willing to put in some daily, quick, easy work for themselves...the results can be amazing.
Michelle will teach you easy methods that you can use at home, and practice daily. These methods have been proven to help reduce anxiety and stress, while building up your inner strength, self-confidence, courage and happiness.
You will have the opportunity to email your specific questions prior to class, and Michelle will either answer them directly or add techniques during the hour you will benefit from. (Names will ever be used during a group class, as she can work your questions into the format.)
Be sure to have a pad and paper ready to write anything you may need to down. Wear comfy clothes, have a water bottle on hand, and have an open mind for all the possibilities within yourself.
