I developed this website because I had suffered through horrible anxiety and panic attacks that kept me away from some of life's pleasures. After seeking help from the community, I realized that there were some easy tools out there that I was able to use to help me. I realized that the power was within ME to change,
and it is THIS what I will share with you.
You CAN take back your life! All you need is a little faith, hope and love for yourself!

dependent on personal struggles.
