I developed this guide to help those who hold onto stress, those who suffer from anxiety, and for those who just need to learn how to take time for themselves and relax. Life is not easy. There is no rulebook, and our reactions to life get tested more often than we wish. My deepest hope is that these words, and tools, will help find you peace and understanding. This guide is a conglomeration of thoughts and ideas based on my own experiences.
