Learn all the tips and tools you can use to help relax the body and mind, without medications! I developed this guide to help those who hold onto stress, those who suffer from anxiety, and for those who just need to learn how to take time for themselves and relax. Life is not easy. There is no rulebook, and our reactions to life get tested more often than we wish. My deepest hope is that these words, and tools, will help find you peace and understanding.
